You know when you’ve been deep in something for so long, and then you look back and suddenly see it all more clearly? That’s what this part of the review felt like. There was this sense of everything clicking into place. Things I’d talked about or felt at the time, but didn’t fully realise until now. Not in a heavy, over-analysing kind of way. Just little moments of, “Ah, that’s what that was.” And as always, it wasn’t about wrapping things up neatly. It was just about giving everything space to land.

You’re already connected
There was this reminder that connection doesn’t need to be earned. It’s already there. That sense of being blocked? Half the time, it’s just life being noisy. Not some deep flaw, not something broken.
We forget how normal it is to lose signal now and then. The key is learning how to come back without shame, without overthinking. You don’t need to upgrade or activate anything. It’s more about noticing what’s already present and giving it space again.
It also came with a nudge to stop overcomplicating the process. There’s no one “right” way to access your intuition or deepen your practice. The more personal it is, the more powerful it becomes.
Boundaries are part of the process
Boundaries weren’t framed here as walls, they came through as clarity. Especially when you’re holding space for others, being able to sense what’s yours and what isn’t is everything.
It’s not always clean. Sometimes the lines blur. But that’s part of it. You’re allowed to adjust as you go. What matters is knowing that energetic responsibility is real, and it starts with you.
There was also a strong sense that boundaries aren’t about restriction, they’re about freedom. When the edges are clear, things flow better. Relationships feel safer. Your nervous system can relax. It’s not about saying no all the time. It’s about knowing when yes is actually true.
Things shift when you’re waking up
Awakening doesn’t always feel expansive. Sometimes it just feels…uncomfortable. Like things don’t quite fit anymore, even if nothing on the outside has changed.
Old patterns get louder. Relationships wobble. Even your own voice starts to sound different. And while it can feel uncertain, it’s not a step backwards. It’s growth in motion, even when you’re not sure where it’s leading yet.
There’s something powerful about naming that. Knowing that the fog, the friction, the fatigue. It’s part of the shift. And when you stop expecting it to feel perfect, it becomes a lot easier to move through.
